Pump repair
Seals, valves, unloaders and plungers on triplex pumps. Bring the pump or the whole machine.
Pump repair, hose repair and custom assemblies, pressure washer service, and on-site work for factories and commercial accounts. Call the counter to set it up.

New ends on a cut hose, jumper hoses and custom lengths built while you wait when the shop is clear.
Engine, pump and plumbing on cold- and hot-water units. Oil, belts, nozzles and a pressure check.
Factories and commercial accounts with equipment that cannot come to us.
A pump that drops pressure, pulses or weeps oil usually needs seals or valves, not a replacement. Bring the pump or the whole machine to the counter and tell us what it is doing. We check the valves, the plungers, the seals and the unloader, quote the parts before the work starts, and put it back on the frame.
Most common pumps on belt-drive and direct-drive machines are familiar to the bench, and the seal kits for them are on the shelf. If a pump is past saving, we say so and price the replacement against the repair.
A cut or blown hose does not have to be a new hose. We crimp new ends on pressure hose, build jumper hoses and whips, and make custom lengths with the fittings your machine takes. Bring both ends, or tell us the diameter, the pressure rating and the connections.
Soft-wash and chemical hose assemblies are built the same way, with the fittings that hold up around hypochlorite.
Cold- and hot-water units come in for the same things: an engine that will not start or hold speed, a pump that has lost pressure, a leak somewhere in the plumbing, a burner that will not fire. We work through it in that order, quote the parts, and get the machine back on the trailer.
Maintenance is the cheaper visit. Pump oil, belts, nozzles, filters and a pressure check at the gauge catch most problems before they stop a job. Ask the counter what your machine's schedule looks like for the hours you run.
Plant and facility equipment that cannot come to the shop gets serviced where it sits. Call the counter with the equipment, the location and what it is doing, and we set a time. Parts come with us where we can predict them; otherwise we diagnose on the first visit and return with the parts.
